The grate was made of 9 magnetic rollers with a diameter 25 mm.
The magnetic circuit is closed by extremely strong Neodymium magnets with remanence induction: approx 13000 Gs
Housing: stainless steel.
Magnetic field on the roller surface: approx 7500 Gs.
Grates are successfully used in the food industry, plastics processing, ceramics and other industries where ferromagnetic separation of loose and funnel materials is needed.
